- extinguisher bucket(s) with water or sand, per venue regulations
- a custom sparkler sendoff sign to display during your reception
- coordination of your sparkler sendoff

Wooden Hexagon Arch
A custom arch rental that can be as simple or as dressed up as you'd like!
The arch rental is $200. The delivery fee to local* venues is $80. See below for details.

*Local includes venues within 30 miles of our corporate office. Travel over 30 miles will incur an additional $1 per mile.
*Delivery fee includes delivery, installation, and pick up PLUS coordination with your venue coordinator.
*Flowers, drapery and various decor can be added at an additional cost.
*Delivery fee is waived for wedding clients of ours.

No tacks, nails, screws, or invasive hardware of any kind may be used on the arch. We recommend zip ties or floral wire for affixing florals or drapery.

Floating Candles (Trio Sets)
One of our favorite go-to cost saving tips! Use a set of floating candles on some of your reception tables and use floral arrangements on the others. These can also be used to decorate your sweetheart table or head table.
This look can be as simple or as elaborate as you want. Consider the following options to enhance this style centerpiece:
- Add light greenery between the candles
- Add votive candles in your wedding accent color
- Add greenery or flowers in the water underneath the candle. (Real greenery is okay. Flowers should be artificial).
- Add smaller scale arrangements as seen pictured.
- Add a mirror plate underneath the candle set. We offer circle mirror plates and square mirror plates.
This set includes 3 pillar vases with floating candles, up to 3 votive candles (so, 6 candles total) and an optional mirror plate (circle or square).
We also offer LED floating candles to accommodate weddings at venues that do not allow real fire.

Menswear Return Service
Your wedding party will do a lot for you throughout the planning process! Say “thank you” by providing a suit or tuxedo return service so your groomsman's jobs are truly done on the day of the wedding.
All they have to do is change out of their tuxedos or suits at the end of the event, pack it all together, and we will take it from there, promising a return within 24 hours.
*Kindly note that in order to reduce confusion, this is an “all or none” service, meaning we handle the return for the groom and all groomsmen. Service applies to local retailers or return service facilities only. Consultant is not responsible for missing items or apparel.
